I made a decision a long time ago:

I wasn’t going to let a busy life ruin my fitness.

So I simplified everything.

Here are 10 little things I do that keep me consistent:

I train even when it’s not perfect
I keep workouts short and focused
I follow a simple plan
I don’t wait for motivation
I show up even when I’m tired
I stop restarting and just adjust
I repeat the basics instead of chasing new routines
I make time instead of “finding time”
I focus on consistency over intensity
I treat fitness like a non-negotiable.

None of this is complicated.

But that’s the point.

Consistency doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from doing the right things… repeatedly.
