2936 Blue Moon Dr went live Monday morning and by Tuesday evening we had multiple offers and an accepted offer!
One of the biggest misconceptions I hear from sellers is that pricing “lower” means leaving money on the table.
The reality is buyers know when a home is priced correctly. 👀
When a home hits the market at a price that makes sense, buyers don’t sit around thinking about it for two weeks.

👉🏻 They call their lender
👉🏻 They write the offer
The goal is NOT to test the market… it’s to create a response from the market. This is exactly why pricing strategy matters so much. 👌🏻✨

Every year people tell me they want to move this summer & then somehow it’s the end of July. 👀
Life happens, if anyone gets that… it’s me 🤣
The calendar fills up & before you know it, the season you thought would last forever is winding down.
One of the things I’ve learned after years in real estate is that most people don’t start with a perfectly thought-out plan.
It always starts with curiosity.
They see a house they like, stop at an open house, ask a few questions, and little by little start figuring out what they want their next chapter to look like. ✨🏡
That’s why I LOVE open houses. They’re one of the few opportunities where you can simply explore an idea with no pressure or commitment.
Think of it as a chance to walk through a home, gather information, and see if something clicks.
