What people see:

🏡 The listing goes live.
📱 The reel gets posted.
✨ The final photos hit social media.

What they don't see:

The planning.
The staging.
The filming.
The conversations.
The strategy.
The hundreds of little decisions that happen before anything ever gets published.

Most of what happens in real estate never makes it to social media.

Today was a little glimpse behind the scenes.

The work before the work. 🤍

Real estate agents?

Sometimes.

Sometimes it feels like we're in the relationship business.

Or the community business.

Or the nonprofit business.

Or the "connecting people with resources" business.

The truth is, buying and selling homes is only part of what we do.

We believe real estate should create a positive impact beyond the closing table. That's why community involvement, relationships, and giving back will always be part of who we are. 🤍

Some properties are special.

The kind that stop people mid-scroll.
The kind that create conversations.
The kind that don't come along every day.

We're excited to share that Acre Shores is officially under contract. 🤍

From the waterfront setting to the lifestyle it offered, this was a property that captured attention from the moment it hit the market.

Congratulations to our sellers on reaching this exciting milestone and to the future owners who will soon begin making memories of their own here.

Waterfront Legacy. The next chapter begins. ✨️

POV: You're looking for a Realtor who knows the community, not just the listings.

The best conversations don't always happen in an office. 🤍

Sometimes they happen on a dock.
At a coffee shop.
At a community event.
At a local restaurant.
While spending time in the places our clients actually live.

One of the things we value most at Legacy First is staying connected to the communities we serve. Not just working in them, but being part of them.

Whether that's Green Bay, Howard, De Pere, Shawano, Two Rivers, Manitowoc, or one of the many smaller communities throughout Northeast Wisconsin, every area has its own personality, pace, traditions, and local culture.

Understanding a community goes far beyond knowing market statistics.

It's understanding the lifestyle.
The people.
The local businesses.
The traditions.
The hidden gems.
The things that make a place feel like home.

The more connected we are to our communities, the better we can serve the people who call them home.

MAY RECAP 🤍

May was a busy month around here, and when we look back, we're incredibly grateful for all the people, conversations, and opportunities that came with it.

This month, we had the privilege of helping a wide variety of clients. First-time home buyers, relocation families, lake property owners, investors, sellers moving on to their next chapter, and everything in between.

Outside of real estate, we hosted a community event in our Shawano office featuring Nicole from Potter's Counseling. As a licensed therapist and veteran, Nicole led a conversation around manifesting dreams and bringing positive change into our communities. It was an incredible evening filled with local leaders, meaningful conversations, and people who genuinely care about making a difference.

Behind the scenes, our team has been working hard too. We've continued growing our presence in communities outside of Green Bay, including Shawano, Appleton, Manitowoc, and beyond. We have agents who know and love these communities, and we've been so encouraged by the feedback we've received about our mission of doing real estate with a purpose.

We've also made some major investments into our company and our agents this month. From technology and systems to follow-up processes and client experience improvements, we're committed to giving our agents the tools they need to succeed and our clients the experience they deserve. We're excited to see the impact these investments will have in the months ahead.

One thing we're especially proud of is how diverse our team is. Every agent brings different strengths, specialties, and experiences to the table. That allows us to serve a wide range of clients while making sure people are working with someone who truly understands their needs.

We've also partnered with some incredible organizations this month, and we can't wait to share more about those relationships.

May was full.
Full of conversations. Full of growth. Full of service. Full of possibility.

And we're just getting started. 🤍

The truth is, buying a home isn't just about finding a house you like.

It's about understanding your budget, your lifestyle, your long-term goals, and how a property fits into all of it.

Some things matter a lot more than people realize.
Some things matter a lot less.

The buyers who tend to have the smoothest experience aren't necessarily the ones who know the most about real estate(that'swhat we'refor!). They're the ones who take the time to prepare, ask questions, and focus on what truly matters.

If you're thinking about buying in Green Bay or anywhere in Northeast Wisconsin, we’re always happy to be a resource. 🤍
