The Snow Shuttle is a great way to get to the mountains with your friends for a lower cost than driving and reduced environmental impact. BUT JUST SO WE ARE CLEAR, THIS IS JUST A RIDE TO THE MOUNTAINS, WE DO NOT PROVIDE EQUIPMENT OR A LIFT TICKET. We do have GREAT TIME! We will operate the shuttle on Saturdays (with the possible exception of other days during school vacations). 15 days are posted
on the calendar. These dates are weather dependent and subject to change. (We guarantee 12 days.) WHERE WILL WE BE GOING? Keystone or A-Basin Ski Resorts
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHUTTLE COST?
$15 per person
OR
$20 for 2 people (on the same day=bring a friend) OR
$100 for 10 ride punch card (punches ARE transferable, but not non-refundable if not used)
Seats paid for by the Wednesday prior to the trip. All unsupervised riders must be in the 6th grade or older. Although we provide supervision in the shuttle itself, we cannot offer supervision on the mountain or outside of the shuttle. Parents are encouraged to purchase a ticket for themselves to accompany any child who has not yet reached the 6th grade. DO I HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER? Yes, absolutely. All riders must have a waiver that has been signed by their legal Parent/Guardian. I’VE GOT ALL THE INFO I NEED, LET’S GO! Reservations:
Reservations may only be made with Jeff Neel or on the Sign-Up Genius account. You may make a reservation that is held till Wednesday night at midnight. Unless you pay for that reservation before that time, we will release your reservation then. At that point the spot reserved will then be available for the first person to pay for that spot. We need to have 6 guaranteed reservations paid for each week in order to take the shuttle. If we do not get 6 paid reservations. We have 11 spots in the shuttle each week. Our policy now is that if you don’t get a spot this week you can reserve for the next week in advance. If you get a spot this week, you need to wait till Sunday after we go to make a reservation. Cancelations:
If you cancel before Wednesday night at midnight, you will receive a refund for your purchase. If you cancel after Wednesday night at midnight, we do not guarantee a refund. We will attempt to fill your spot in which case we will offer a refund. However, if we are not able to fill you spot after your cancelation, we will not offer a refund. Supervision:
The Farm and its associated organizations only have responsibility for supervision on the shuttle. We do not offer supervision on the mountain and therefore our insurance does not cover any snowboarding or skiing activities even when you or your child rode the shuttle to the mountains. We are only responsible for time in the shuttle.
