Artist wanted to be able to sit outside his studio and see the sky while being protected from the elements. So we built him a porch, that matches the surroundings, covered with a tempered glass roof.

Customer started with a small 3' x 3' concrete porch. Designed a new 12' x 18' porch with Trex decking, Redwood handrail with aluminum balusters, the deck underside is closed off with Trex decking.

Customer ordered the entry door with side light, and the storm door from Lowe's, and had it shipped to her house. Then just paid me to install them. Often is the most affordable way to get the door that you like, and have it professionally installed. 😃

This was a unfinished basement. We framed in a storage/heater room, all the exterior walls, and around posts and duct work. Drywall, mud, tape, & texture. Owner did their own painting. Also replaced some super steep stairs down into the basement.

Customer has an underground well pump house that he desired to make into a garden shed. The underground pump house is there with the shed built on top. There is a trap door in the floor to access the well pump. The shed has a window and door on one side, and a 4' roll up garage door on the end. 2x6 framing with metal siding and metal roofing. It is a really nice way to reclaim the space in their yard.

Small bathroom remodel.
Removed a cast iron tub, remade into a shower with a bench. Pebble tile floor and accent stripe.
Floor in main bath area is porcelain tile with 6" matching tile baseboard. Also at backsplash on cabinet.
Cabinet is a repurposed antique dresser. Added 2 1/2" matching platform underneath to raise sink to a more comfortable height.
A 36" linear drain between the shower floor and the main floor allows the whole bathroom floor to be sprayed off for cleaning.

Started with new Acacia hardwood flooring, then granite countertops, and a custom backsplash. Removed the existing showers, waterproofed and installed new shower tile on walls. Master bath received a pebble tile floor. 😀

From an unfinished mud room into a relaxing reading area. Two custom benches with storage underneath, porcelain wood look floor tiles, and built in storage.

Installing this flagstone patio made this yard much more attractive and useful. 2' retaining wall blocks, flagstone pavers, and rope cable railing.
