I am so beyond proud of Kaida. She earned a Best in Show Bred by Puppy today at the Evergreen Summer Seiger IABCA show. It’s extra special since she was bred by me and raised here since the day she was born.
This special girl is only 6 months old, and I couldn't be more impressed with the confidence, maturity, and heart she showed in the ring today. It was an incredibly long day, and she ended up being shown 9 different times, yet she continued to give her all every time she stepped into the ring. Special thanks to the judges Kimberlee Dorr and Robin Hug for recognizing my girl.

Grimm from our V litter stayed with us for a week while his family was out of town. He had a great time playing with all of the girls. It’s crazy how much him
and Sabot look alike. They are both Odin kids and share a Grandma.

This past weekend Kaida showed in her first AKC conformation show at the Gig Harbor Kennel Club. Very proud of how well she did for being such a young puppy.

AKC Farm Dog Certification Test (FDC) 🐾

Join us for a fun and practical test of your dog’s real world manners in a farm setting! The AKC Farm Dog Certification is a great way to showcase your dog’s stability, obedience, and confidence around livestock and everyday farm distractions.

Event Highlights:

Open to all breeds and mixed breeds registered with AKC, PAL or FSS program

Test your dog’s temperament around livestock, equipment, and new environments

Friendly, supportive atmosphere for handlers and dogs

Great title opportunity for well-rounded companions. (Must pass 2 tests under different judges)

Requirements:

Dogs must be at least 9 months old

Dogs should be under control and able to follow basic commands

No prior experience required
