Bring a drink (water) and a yoga mat (for stillness/breathing) and get ready to move freely, and joyfully in the way your body will allow you to move to the fun and enjoyable music and sing-along songs! Let's dance together and increase positive energy!

Had a blast in the morning today with my Monday virtual class ladies! We had a secret admirer and dancer, BIllie's husband. He was dancing secretly and then showed up in the end to say that he enjoyed moving with us but was afraid to spoil the picture! 😂 I am glad the ladies loved the playlist and the flow!

YAY! Great News I received today! I am now a certified and licensed Groove Facilitator! The goal for this year is accomplished! It sounds like I will have a busy 2024 year!
I feel so happy and inspired to encourage people to move in a unique, authentic, creative, and free way! We are born to move! And I LOVE to GROOVE!
