Mission Statement
The State of South Carolina Grand Council, Order of the Knights of Pythagoras,is a youth organization under the Jurisdiction of South Carolina Prince Hall Free and Accepted Mason. Our organizations accept young boys between the ages of six (6)through eighteen (18)and teach them in the area of leadership responsibility, integrity, and service before Self, Excellent and commitment.

We the brother of ASL174 ask that you take a moment and acknowledge the passing of one of our very own PM Joseph Moorer. Past Master Moorer governed Ancient Square Lodge from 1995-1996 and served his lodge honorably and successfully from the East. Past Master Moorer was a founding Sir Knight of our KOP Council, Isaac Abraham council 174, that still thrives and is active today. We extend our condolences and serenity to his family... from his PHAMily.

Isaac Abraham Council #174 did their part in spreading the love on this Valentine’s Day as our Heart Attack campaign had another successful year! Doors all over the tri-county area were attacked with hearts of love! Thank you to all who supported!

Congrats to our KFB Brandon Rossier! Brandon was elected as king for the day in his grade level for his school. Brandon exemplified good school work and all the attributes needed to be a good student and a good Knight of Our Council! Congrats Brandon!

Wonderful weekend where a few of the Knights participated in Thurgood Marshall Consistory #367 annual black tie banquet on Saturday, and worship services on Sunday at Royal Missionary Baptist church, where the First Lady of the church recognized, complimented and interacted with the Knights.

Two major back to school events this weekend that IAC174 took part in, at Royal Missionary Baptist Church and at Ancient Square Lodge 174!

IAC174 back at it! The Knights participated in National Night Out with NCPD. Our Knights had the tremendous opportunity to meet, and receive words of direction from Chief Reggie Burgess of the NCPD, the first black man to ever hold that office in the city’s history.
