Hi all, well I've finally started getting back around to making these cool guitars again. I've been pretty busy with work and home life as well as working on other projects and commission builds. Some of the other things I've put together are faux whiskey barrel pool table/bar lights, a chess board, cutting board, and dartboard cabinets all pictured below.

Tabak 4 string resonator! Man this thing sounds amazing! Dont know how to play anything substantial on it yet but just noodling around it's very fun.

Finally some more progress made! I work full time and have family obligations so I dont think I will try to tackle such a large batch of them at once next time. I can see the end though!

Necks are complete with fretwork and tung oil finish done! Finally moving on to boxes!

Not cbg related specifically, but made a rack for my Sixers! Cleared up some significant floor space. About 2 hours total build time from scrap 2x4's laying around and $5 of foam plumbing insulation.

Finally got around to shaping all the necks, only thing left for them is installing frets and tuners, applying finish, then it's on to the boxes!

Two sold today! But honestly, I can identify with cat hoarders. Every one i build, i just want to keep, lol! . I know they are going to be well used, though so a huge thank you, I hope the new owners have as much fun playing them as I did making them!

More progress made. I'm really liking gold thumb tracks for inlays!

Necks notched and ready for fretboard, frets and shaping

Got a nice workout in, lol! Headstocks cut, shaped and glue setting up on the necks.

Progress pictures of the next round getting started: couple of paint can lid resonators, some 4 strings, fretless sliders. Scarf joints cut and all neck material ready to start glueing up. Just have to finish the fretboards and headstock wing material, some heart pine courtesy of my father-in-law.
