Greetings everyone!

As I woke up this morning and started my daily prayers, a word was given to me by the Spirit of Wisdom - Rejuvenate. The message conveyed that our bodies are the temples of creation and we should take care of them by nourishing our souls.

To achieve this, we should take the time to drink water from natural springs or distilled water to help balance our bodies. We should also put our feet on the ground to align our spiritual bodies and honor our ancestors and guides to uplift ourselves.
