COVID-19 UPDATE: To all of our valued customers. Our top priority continues to be the health and safety of you, our team members, and our vendors. During this trying time our goal is to maintain the best possible service while remaining in compliance with COVID-19 related mandates. To that end we have made the following adjustments to our operations effective immediately:

- Our office staff that can work from home will do so effective immediately.

- Our store front will switch to appointment only.

- For currently scheduled install and service appointments, we will contact you in advance to make sure you are comfortable with a technician coming to your home. If not we will be happy to reschedule for a later date.

- If an issue arises during this time we will take every measure possible to assist you with solving the problem remotely. Only after every remote or by-phone option is exhausted, and with your approval, we will schedule an in-person service call.

Hi everyone. Just a reminder that our store hours have changed. We are now open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Saturday is by appointment only. Sunday we are closed.

For approximately 60 years, Ray Supply has been the region’s leading camera specialty shop. Throughout this period, we have taken great pride in serving your camera and accessory needs. Over the past two decades, specialty camera shops throughout the country have slowly disappeared due to changes in the photo industry. During this period of change, we have continued to adjust our business model to remain your only regional camera specialty shop.

Despite our best efforts, we too have been negatively impacted by these industry-wide changes; therefore, we have made the difficult business decision to discontinue the sale of camera hardware and accessories, effective immediately. The simple fact is that the pricing structures within the industry, when combined with the need to maintain an extensive inventory of camera hardware and accessories, is no longer a sustainable business model.

We will continue to offer our photo specialty services to include photo printing, photo restoration, image recovery, video and slide transfer, and other printing services. We also will continue to be the area’s leading integrator of custom residential and commercial audio/video solutions.

Founded in 1937, Ray Supply has undergone constant change over the past 80 plus years. We are very appreciative of your business and we look forward to working with you and the local community for years to come.
