I have three specialty breads that I’m looking to have featured in a small local restaurant as their specialty offering. I do not have the capacity to support a large operation, nor daily year round. A quaint shop wanting 8 or so loaves a couple times a week. I’m thinking a weekly/bi-weekly special that sells out when the bread sells out 🙂
The perfect partnership would be someone eager to cross promote. Perhaps they have a slow day they’d like to perk up. This would be a great way for me to give them a shout out on their new offering and vice versa 🙂
The breads?
1.) Bagel Bread- equivalent of 8 bagels shaped into a loaf then boiled and baked. Great for avocado toast, a killer breakfast sammie and unexpectedly epic as a lunch sandwich too!
2.) Cinnamon Swirl French Toast Bread- the name speaks for itself. Wonderful as a side of toast with butter or a epic uptick to their French toast or monte cristo offerings.
3.) Maple Oat- My Mom’s bread recipe that she used for her locally famous Turkey BLT sandwich. I’d love to see someone take this naturally sweetened loaf to the next level again and make it shine like I know it will.
So, who has a natural connection that came to mind?
PS: If you are out and about and wanting some of my bread made for you I do already partner with Rachel's Cafe & Spice Company because she makes an EPIC homemade tomato soup and uses my bread as grilled cheese to go with it 🙂 Mmmm! Hit her up for sure!

We will be closed on Monday and Tuesday for the foreseeable future.
