The tuna salad prepared by the culinary team during the product demonstration last week was delicious! The tuna was seared on the Wolf Griddle while the greens were preserved inside a Sub-Zero Dual Refrigeration unit.

If you missed Chef Pawel's cooking segments on @wttw11 (Ch.11 in Chicago) last weekend, it is going to air one more time this Saturday March 5, 2022 from 12:30pm-4:30pm. These brief cooking tutorials will bookend each scheduled program during that time - look for it near the :00 and :30 each hour.
Last week, the culinary team used the Wolf M Series Wall Oven, featuring Dual VertiCross™ Convection, to serve perfectly cooked peanut butter and jelly soufflés with strawberry champagne sauce, candied pumpkin seeds, and pistachios.
The Glendale Heights, IL Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Showroom and Chef Pawel made their WTTW - Chicago PBS debut this weekend, assisting with their pledge. The quick pickling portion shown here was just one of multiple cooking segments featured.
