Zachary Gasiorowski at the Glendale Heights location was instrumental in assisting us with our kitchen remodel. His knowledge of Sub Zero, Wolf and Cove products is really solid. I called upon him several times during the construction and at one point, he even got us in contact with an engineer to help with a design problem (our fault). His demeanor was always very calm and without question, he knows his stuff!

We started back in August, not really sure why we would want to spend the money for Sub Zero / Wolf / Cove. We came to the Glendale Heights location and Zach walked us around, showed us everything and spent a lot of time talking to us about the features and the advantages. He was open and honest. He didn't sell us anything and didn't try to hide anything. We left your showroom knowing that we would choose Sub Zero / Wolf / Cove because of Zach's expertise. We now have a new Sub Zero refrigerator, a Wolf cooktop, vent hood, speed oven, steam oven and an M Series conventional oven. We had a six-year-old Bosch dishwasher that we could have kept, but we decided to "upgrade" and went with the Cove based on our visit.

Zach made a huge difference and we couldn't have done this without him.
