We are very excited to share that Adam Rumpz and Louie Smith have joined the Climate Pros Learning & Development Team as Field Training Managers.

In their new roles, Adam and Louie will be working closely with Branch and Service Managers to support and drive the delivery of our new Front Line Technical Training curriculum both locally at branch offices and at the CPU Technical Training Center in Glendale Heights, IL.

At Climate Pros, Safety is our number one consideration! We strive to be the best in the industry and that is why we are pleased to announce that Casey Bramwell will be leading the Climate Pros Safety team as our new Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Director!

After receiving his Master’s Degree from Oklahoma State University, Casey started his career implementing global compliance programs, reducing risk, and creating a safer environment for employees. Throughout his career, he has been focused on building sustainable relationships and scalable Safety solutions. His dedication to Safety has been an influential part of him becoming the Safety leader and professional he is known as today!

In his role as EHS Director, Casey will be driving the Climate Pros Safety culture and ensuring compliance in a multi-state workforce environment that is striving to disrupt the industry by creating a great company for great people.
