As a comparison, I purchased carpet with Great Western Flooring (through Costco.) After the carpet was installed, my cats soiled an area that I then asked Great Western to help with. I was hoping that they would do a courtesy visit, as it had only been a couple of months, but they charged me $400. I was OK with paying them for the work and materials, but they did not repair the carpet correctly and they refused to refund or re-repair the spot. They even did not leave the leftover product for me to use in the future. Very disappointing.
You simply cannot find any flooring companies this customer focused anymore. THANK YOU!!
We are happy to report that the workers show up on time each day, are friendly, meticulous and clean up after themselves.
We had a couple of hiccups with install instruction mis-communications, but after one phone call, everything was corrected and back on track.
Looking forward to posting the finished results!
