Essential oils aren't just called "essential" for no reason.
Nature doesn't just have random plants & critters out there for no reason.
Everything works in unison and coexists for a reason.
That purple Lavender is not only there to be fragrant and beautiful.
There is a reason for everything.
Therapeutic and medicinal properties are held in those Essential oils. Each and every oil has some sort of chemical makeup that CAN and WILL help to heal you in a number of different ways.
Everyone thinks plants can't heal but they can and have been for ages!
Essential oils aren't just a myth. Did you know your ancestors were using plants to help heal and take care of themselves when needed?
Did you know that many of the medicines used today are are derived from these plants? Did you know that since each oil carries an abundance of different medicinal properties that if you add more oils with similar properties you are not only treating the one problem you are wanting to treat? You're also treating an abundance of other underlying problems that could also be worsening your symptoms? Our bodies work in sync and alot of what makes us up as a human is very much connected so when one part of us is wounded or hurting then other parts are more than likely suffering from those pain or injuries too.
Many plants hold properties that can heal wounds, soothe pains, and even help psychologically. Those properties were isolated from the plant in order for drug manufacturers to create that property in a more singularly potent medicine. Those singularly potent medicines also carry side effects, which can also be present in the plants properties, but since a more potent singular property was created, the effects become more potent as well.
And when you're taking this one singular medicine, frequently, daily, etc. You're putting yourself at risk of experiencing those side effects. And also only "treating" one singular thing when in reality the human body experiences injuries in multiple parts of the body even if it only shows within the majority of where the problem has occured. Therefore the problem will end up persistent becssue the surrounding parts of your body are still suffering from said problem.. When you use essential oils in unison to help combat any medical issue, you're not only addressing the specific issue but any underlying things that are worsening your issues. You're getting to the root of the problem that your body is facing.
There's power in numbers and each essential oil has loads of powerful benefits within them.

Alot of people out there still believe that aromatherapy is hogwash..

It's really not.

It's VERY extensive and the knowledge that comes with aromatherapy is extensive as well.

Anatomy & physiology, chemistry, safety with essential oils & interactions with other medicines, etc.

The world of aromatherapy IS effective if you know what you're doing with it.
