Finally got some time this week to get started on the metal work for Rock-a-billy Pro-Mod buggy. It’s coming together nicely. Stage 2 is all fitted up and ready to tack together.

Body panels are on the moonbuggy project. Also got axles ordered today from so should be able to have a rolling chassis next week.

Back at it this morning on the Jimmys Moonbuggy project. The laser cut parts arrived earlier this week, so I’m working on getting them deburred and fitted into the chassis.

The Jimmy’s 4x4 Moonbuggy chassis is all tacked together. While we’re waiting to get the laser cut parts, I decided to get the engine print going. Played around with some multi-color prints on the air filter and valve cover which worked surprisingly well on the Bambu X1 Carbon. Should be able to continue progress on the chassis tomorrow with the parts scheduled to arrive.

Phase 3 of the Jimmy’s Moonbuggy is underway this morning. Being a bit more diligent with notching and fitting tubes up with the hope that the tig brazing is a bit cleaner.

Back at it this morning on the Jimmy’s 4x4 Buggy build. Started fitting the pieces into the Phase 2 jig. Really happy with the way the front hood section corners get mitered as it makes for a much cleaner look. Hoping to be at a point to start burning it together late today.
