Hey Carby Addicts, Heyyyyy...
Due to an unfortunate injury, the Lab will be closed from now until August or September.
Although I am saddened to take a break from baking, I look forward to returning once my doctor confirms my full recovery.
Please have the best Summer and make beautiful memories! I'll see you in the Fall!

One of my greatest treasures is my talented niece (by choice), who also happens to be an Outstanding Educator! I was deeply moved when she reached out to me with an order request for Teachers Appreciation Week, so she could shower her colleagues with love and gratitude.
It's truly a privilege to provide my Carby Delights that bring joy to these dedicated professionals. Teachers like her and her peers go above and beyond, pouring their hearts into their students' lives without expectation of reward or recognition, and their unwavering dedication is genuinely commendable.
To my Amazing Niece, I'm filled with love and admiration for you! And to the incredible teachers out there, THANK YOU, and I see the profound impact you're making, celebrating your selfless hearts, inspiring influence, and so much more!

One of the promises I've made to myself is to spread more love through baking for the incredible individuals who make our Community thrive, and who better to shower with sweetness than our selfless Teachers!!!
They dedicate their hearts and souls to nurturing the minds of our future, and it's only fitting that I whip up something special with love and gratitude for them!
Teacher's Appreciation Week is a wonderful occasion to express our heartfelt thanks to these devoted educators! As I woke up this morning feeling overjoyed, my hope is that the teachers at McClintock High School will savor every morsel and feel the warmth in every bite!

I won Best Cinnamon Roll at The Bake-Off for the 3rd year in a row!
I am not sure how to describe what this feels like, but it feels damn good! My Cherry Pie Cinnamon Roll won the title this year!
Fun Fact: My Cherry Pie Cinnamon roll is my favorite flavor out of all of my cinnamon rolls. ☺️ So to win with this one means a lot. 🥹
