I learned the hard way that making my resume look good was hurting my chances of getting hired, and keeping it simple showed immediate and measurable results.

Formatting my text in one box and cutting my images made a HUGE difference in numbers, my resume is getting opened much more by employers.

Even though this was at a retention pond it was still very peaceful and I had a lot of fun taking pictures of beauty that I can share with others!

I got sad about the lawn being cut down so I put some grass in a pot 😂
It will never be cut again!

I buy baby carrots from the store this one made it!! It got eaten up by bugs shortly after this, but it was amazing to see it grow. I made sure to plant the ones with the darkest tops, and most of them sprouted, but the other three did not make it long.
