Music On The Divide, represented by Board president, Lynn Schardt, recently recognized Golden Sierra High School senior, Jennipher Hoffman, this year’s winner of the $500 Eldo Hills Music Scholarship for Youth. MOTD has recently received an endowment from a new local benefactor, musician, Eldo Hills. So, this year’s award will be from one musician to another. Jennipher is an extraordinary young woman whose life is suffused with music. In addition to playing the flute, she is taking voice lessons and performs on stage as a singer and a dancer. She is planning to major in Performing Arts and Musical Theater in college.
Her extraordinary life story is an inspiration to us all. Join MOTD in congratulating Jennipher Hoffman!
LOST COAT: It was an incredible concert last Sunday, and we thank all who showed Lacy and Dale such a gracious Georgetown welcome. One lady's black wool coat was left on a bench, and we would like to return it to the owner. Message us a description!
