I came up with the idea of "The ISMS", last year but felt a need for more clarification. The concept Simple Spiritual Shift, I felt it can be achieved through the previous concept but best when Mind, Body and Spirit are in alignment. I retired after teaching for 32 years in the fall of 2016. But in addition to that years ago I owned a sailing school and taught both youth and adults. We are all on a lifetime journey of learning, Engage, Explore, Enrich, should be sprinkled on that path, like following the yellow brick road. Now my journey will continue as a facilitator in what I have learned, but also still evolving personally.
