Shiny Stars

Happy Ganesh Chaturthi everyone! ✨ May Bappa bless us all with mental peace, good health, and prosperity. 🙏🏻

For those in our Shiny Stars community who might not be familiar with this beautiful festival but are interested in reading about it, feel free to check it out here:

Ganesh Chaturthi - Wikipedia Furthermore, when specifying the masa, one of two traditions are applicable, viz. amānta / pūrṇimānta. If a festival falls in the waning phase of the moon, these two traditions identify the same lunar day as falling in two different (but successive) masa.

Today, the Shiny Stars community takes a quiet moment to remember the lives lost on 9/11 and the extraordinary bravery of our first responders.

Let us always remember the heartbreak of that day, but let us also be guided by the unity, compassion, and strength that followed.

Honor the fallen by being a light in your community today. 🇺🇸

America stands tall, always. We come together during adversities like no other nation!

Stay strong. Stay together. God speed!

📢 Our Community Hygiene Drive has officially concluded, and we are overflowing with gratitude for the incredible support!

To every individual, business, church, organization, and the Shiny Stars Hope Builders network that stepped up to help, thank you.

A heartfelt thank you also goes out to the amazing hosts and volunteers who managed the collection sites and coordinated logistics. Your time, energy, and advocacy are the heartbeat of this community effort.

What’s Next?
We are currently working with facility leadership to explore the possibility of organizing an in-person drop-off at the correctional center to deliver all of your generous donations. We are just awaiting final approval and scheduling from the warden, so please stay tuned. If you are interested to join us during the drop off ( once finalized ), please reach out! It would be great to have you present there.

Thank you again for coming together to support those in need. We couldn't do this without you! ❤️

🌟 *Clothing Drive* is back, and it starts with THANK YOU! 💛

To our amazing drive hosts across all 13 communities, and to every neighbor who donated last year: because of you, we collected an estimated 1.5 trucks of clothing. You made winter warmer directly for at least 200 people last year. 🥹

Let's do it again!
