Had a great 2023 considering everything that happen with Mom and my family. 2024 started off with some great shop improvements. Great new height gage, surface tester from . Freddy from (thanks Larry!). This year I’m making a great effort to acquire better metrology equipment for more difficult jobs.

Local shop who specializes in doors (clean room, food processing, etc), recently got their first cnc machine but had few hiccups on the way. We were ask if we could stop by and lend a hand. Absolutely! We don’t know solidcam, so we made a small program in , posted it out using haas pre-NGL. Everything was smooth until we were 1/8” from making its first cuts and the power went out. 😂. Pulled back the covers during change over to peak under the hood. New equipment I always check at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Takes 25 minutes!
These guides and ball screws are massive!!
When the Dnm5700 wants to eat, let it! 12k rpm 251 ipm 0.09 woc using 3 flute.

Selling setup. Has never been used, can see the shipping grease on the vise is still there. I had bought the setup for a job but the company closed shortly after.
RL96S-6760 is rockloc base (steel) version for a HRT/HRC 210 4th. $950obo
