Bushy hair don’t care lol. In an amazing group that I am in , we were talking about making changes. They don’t have to be huge, they can be small. I have made many small changes. I am learning to put myself first. It has been hard but I’m doing it. I have been getting up and getting my workout in before doing anything else, like I used to. I have been planning my weeks according to what I have going on. With doing the program that I am doing, there’s flexibility to move your rest days around and I love that. I started week six today, and as much as I wanted to sleep in a lil bit I didn’t. I got up and got ‘er done!!
What are your small changes you are making or have made?

My arms are jello! Had to go down in weights as the sets went on but I finished (even with messy hair).
No matter your struggles, remember to finish. No matter how ugly that finish is, just finish.

Blurry picture because my whole workout was a blur. I pushed pasted my comfort zone to get some changes. In another group I am in someone posted a quote about remaining the same if you don’t push yourself. It’s not the exact quote it close enough and I took it. Always remember to achieve changes you need to get out of your comfort zone. Keep pushing y’all.

Sometimes like takes us down an unexpected road. We can’t do things that we are used to do because of the unknown. Does it mean we stop? No! We just go harder on the parts we know and take our time on the sharp curves.
Rest day! But still getting that active movement in!! Just because it’s a rest day doesn’t mean you rest. Keep moving y’all!!!
