Today we had a breakfast party to celebrate the grand opening of our new break room! Our employees are the most hardworking and dedicated employees we could have. Alex Villa has over 20 years of senior executive experience. Alex is a motivational leader with a track record of
improving key performance indicators (KPIs), operational performance, continuous quality improvement, facility
master plan projects, economic development, employee satisfaction, customer service, employee morale and
team building. He is a leader with a proven strategic and financial acumen, business development, and effective
internal and external relationship engagement. His management style is participative and action oriented.
Personal philosophy is driven by Integrity, Quality, Accountability, Service, Servant Leadership, Mentoring and
teaching the leaders of tomorrow.

Alex Villa was named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of M-Pack Solutions in April 2023. He previously served as
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of various healthcare intuitions throughout the country.

Alex Villa currently serves as a board member on the APSU Nursing Advisory Council, APSU Health Administration
Advisory Council and a board member of the Clarksville Soccer Club. He also enjoys volunteering and coaching.
He holds a USSF coaching license(s) and currently coaches Club Soccer in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Alex Villa has been active with non-profit and civic organizations in the communities where he lived. Affiliations
include the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce, Boys and Girls Club of the AZ Tri-State Region, board member of
the Bullhead City, AZ Economic Development Agency. Alex also served as an executive member of the Southern
Nevada Health District Facilities Advisory Board and served as a member of the Health Care Practitioner Advisory
Board - California State University Northridge.
Alex Villa holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Health Administration with distinction, both from California
State University Northridge. He also served as an Adjunct University Professor for the Health Administration
Department at California State University Northridge.
