The question I get a lot is should I wait to improve my credit score before I buy a home? Everybody situations different that means we have to look into your current situation your credit scores how much time it would take to improve the scores versus the financing you may qualify for right now. The credit score does impact the interest rate you do qualify for however it may not have a huge impact compared to if interest rates would increase by half percent or more.

Credit do I need Great credit? That depends on the market conditions. Today I say no. Donโt want for improvements of your credit.
