During the time he was here, I also had him look at a faucet in the bathroom. Mike took care of that while the well tank installation was curing.
When we turned the water back on, a pinhole leak showed up near a joint on an old copper pipe. Mike located the source and repaired by replacing the area with new pipe.
He answered all my hundred questions with patience and good humor, and made sure I got any applicable discounts! He also was happy to wear a mask per my request as I am a caregiver for my Mother in her late 80s -Bonus points for being so nice about that!

The exterior sump pump of the house stopped working causing our basement to flood after two inches of rain fell in a day. Even though I called at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon Mr. Rooter sent Mark Mineo to our house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and solution then spent 90 minutes on a cold, wet, Friday night installing a new pump outside. After he finished, Mark discussed with me a few options to prevent future problems.

We needed to have our water heater replaced. Super pleased with the service I received. I called around 7:45 am and spoke to Sam who was very pleasant. She told me to expect a plumber that same morning and gave me a one-hour window. Not only did Mike show up as expected, but I got an automated text letting me know he was on his way. Mike Kenney was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Our water heater was replaced the same day! The price was a bit higher than expected but it’s worth the quality and speed of service, especially after struggling for over a week to get a reply from other companies. I couldn’t be happier with Mr. Rooter/Aire Serv. Big shout out to Mike and Rob.
