Fear may scream loudly… but it’s not the only voice.
Faith speaks boldly.
Hope speaks joyfully.
Love speaks tenderly.
They may not shout, but they will be heard—because they are stronger.
This is the sound of Purpose Directed living.
It’s how we rise above the noise.
It’s how we lead with clarity in the chaos.

Setting the example for the people we lead is critical. We can’t stand at the beginning of a worthwhile initiative and tell people to go ahead of us — we have to go first and invite people to follow.

Prepare or regret, the choice is ours. The first brings peace, the second brings anxiety. the first brings joy, the second brings sorrow.
You either spend your life preparing for what’s to come, or you spend your life regretting what you didn’t do. Your success begins with your preparation!

🌟 Celebrating Women's History Month with a Trailblazing Achievement! 🌟
As we embrace the spirit of Women's History Month, we spotlight a monumental moment in the world of sports that reflects the essence of what we stand for at Purpose Directed Women. The Limosa team, under the exceptional leadership of skipper Alexia Barrier, has etched their names in history at the 15th annual Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) Caribbean 600 race.
This remarkable team, primarily composed of female sailors, became the first-ever majority female crew to participate in this prestigious race. Founded by Alexia Barrier The Famous Project aims not only to highlight women's achievements in racing but to underscore the significance of their inclusion and success within the sport.
The journey of Limosa serves as a beacon of inspiration for aspiring sailors everywhere, including 16-year-old Emily Gaillard, who had the honor of sailing with the team. Such experiences illuminate the path for young women, encouraging them to chase their dreams with vigor and passion.
Alexia Barrier's ambition does not stop here. With sights set on an all-female team clinching the Jules Verne trophy in 2025, the message is clear: representation matters. The strides made by Barrier and her team are not just about racing; they are about challenging the status quo, breaking barriers, and paving the way for future generations of women to thrive in spaces they aspire to.
Let's celebrate the courage, determination, and spirit of the Limosa team. Their success is a testament to what women can achieve when given the opportunity to shine. As we reflect on their achievements, let us also consider how we can support and uplift the women around us, in every field, to reach their highest potential.
