We believe we can change the world! Founded in 1920 by Henry Giessenbier in St. Louis, Missouri it began as the Herculaneum Dance Club.
Today the organization offers young people aged 18-41 the opportunity to be involved with leadership development opportunities through community involvement, international affairs, individual development and training, and business. The Frisco Jaycees are currently seeking individuals looking to impact the community and build their leadership skills. Each year the Texas Junior Chamber selects 5 honorees to be The Five Outstanding Young Texans (FOYT). The nominations are submitted from individuals or local chapters. The selected Five Outstanding Young Texans are then submitted as nominees for Ten Outstanding Young Americans (TOYA). FOYT ceremony will be May 12, 2012. The convention will start on May 11 and go through May 13. Please save the... dates. Information on hotel, training and entertainment will be announced soon. The fee of $500 has been waived this year. Applications are due by April 1st. Please contact any State Board Member to learn how to submit an application!
