The fam requested the Gulab Jamun cake, and here it is again. Definitely a favorite!

Gulab Jamun is a beloved Indian dessert that most South Asian kids grow up eating. Similar to donut holes, these fried dough balls are made of milk solids and semolina, then soaked with an aromatic syrup spiced with saffron, cardamom, rose water, and more. The dough balls in the floral, fruity syrup can be served warm or at room temperature and is an incredible dessert.

Now imagine all of those flavors in a cake! A cardamom spiced cake, with a rose water and saffron syrup poured over when warm, then drizzled with more rose flavored glaze. This took the traditional Gulab Jamuns to the next level!
