Stepping into my time at Saint Ritual Store in Frisco feels like a natural continuation of my Face It Journey. A deeper commitment to living intentionally and authentically, in community, and in devotion to ritual.

I’m still offering facial rituals and energy work just like always. This is not a shift away from what I do, but an expansion of it. Another layer of who I am and how I share my gifts.

We’ve moved out of the year of the Snake, a season of deep shedding, unraveling, and transformation, and into the year of the Fire Horse. Forward motion. Courage. Heart-led action. 🔥🐎

This chapter is about sharing my gifts more openly. Guiding others toward self love, daily ritual, connection, healing, and the quiet magic woven through our everyday life. It is about remembering that our lives themselves are sacred ceremonies.

I had the honor of giving my precious grandmother a Reiki healing session with tuning forks. She’s been carrying the heavy grief of losing my grandpa, and she told me afterward that she felt her depression lift and her heart felt unblocked. 💜

Tuning fork therapy works by sending sound and vibration into the body and energy field, helping to release stuck emotions and restore balance to the nervous system. When combined with Reiki, the body remembers how to soften, open, and heal.

This is why I love this work: energy doesn’t just touch the skin, it reaches the soul. ✨
