Where are those ears? Diamond, the little horse with a heart of gold and the ears of a drama queen! If you ever see her with those angry ears, don't be fooled—she's just practicing her best “I’m not mad, just extremely disappointed” look. Trust me, she’s a total softie inside!

Our goats and sheep are all settled into their new pasture, and let me tell you, they’re absolutely loving the trees, leaves, and shade! Today was a fun day of sprucing up their space with some adorable solar lights and setting up their new camera to capture all their antics.

So far, so good! They’re living their best lives, and that’s all that matters!

Our quirky little chicken, affectionately named Turkey Lurkey, has quite the backstory! A family friend stumbled upon her while she was scampering down a country road in Corsicana, Texas, and thought she might need rescuing. When we first brought her home, she was so tiny that we initially suspected she might be a wild turkey, as it seemed unlikely for a baby chicken to be out on its own in the middle of nowhere. We even reached out to wildlife experts to get their take on her, but they were just as puzzled by her size. Fast forward to today, and Turkey Lurkey has blossomed into a beautiful chicken, perfectly at home among our lively farmstead, where she fits right in with all the delightful chaos! 😅
