Loving to bake and decorate, I was baking as a fundraiser for my son's Student Ambassador program, I also love experimenting with vegan treats, too.

Always being a sweets type gal, it was hard finding the things I loved to indulge in without feeling guilty, so I would start looking up recipes and tweaking them to make them healthier for my family and I.
