On this job we replaced an existing air conditioning system with a new American Standard high efficiency system. We installed a new sheetmetal plenim, and used a pipe bender on our copper tubing to eliminate joints and make a nice clean looking job!

On this job, we added central air conditioning to an existing heating system. We had to remove the downflow furnace and then re-install it so that the AC evaporator could be installed below it.

Rich came highly recommended and I knew from the moment I met him that he was highly professional, ethical and committed to doing the best job possible. Since I knew next to nothing about the ins and outs of these various units, Rich was very patient in answering my many questions in a manner that helped me understand exactly what needed to be done and why, as well as how to properly maintain these heating/cooling components. His installations were done in a neat and timely manner and when an issue arose with the furnace that was unrelated to Rich's installation, he was persistent in having it resolved. He contacted the manufacturer of the unit and when their technician came to my home to examine the unit, he remarked to Rich, "What a beautiful installation!" The issue was eventually resolved and I'm so thankful that Rich was there every step of the way. He is a pleasure to know and he has always returned my phone calls and emails in a prompt manner, assuring me that my queries and concerns are never an imposition.
