My 2017 MKX moon-roof/sunshade stopped working. I called Irwin Service for an appointment to have it fixed. The Service Assistant Alice offered an appointment date and loaner vehicle which was acceptable. She advised the time the loaner would be exchanged for my MKX. Sel dropppoff the loaner and took my MKX on time as promised. Service Receptionist Alice and Service Advisor Alejandro kept me apprised of the repair progress and advised when my vehicle was ready. Alice contact me to establish a convenient time to have my vehicle dropped off.
Excellent service and an outstanding team. Thank you so much .

not 4.7, its a 10! Just had my Lincoln Aviator serviced, I would never know it has 5,000 miles on it, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor ! Quick, easy respectful and quality service !
Their Staff knew me by name - welcomed me to the Service area, and could not have been more polite! Try getting this at any other dealership or Service area -! This is what I call "old school" friendship, service, and quality workmanship that you just don't find that often any more ! Sales people are great - Management too - when some one in Service, that I have met before says - Welcome Mr. Phil...... I feel like I am important, not just another sale. A family run business and a perfectly run business. Given the difficulties with Covid-19, service was top notch, as always. The women in the service area were wonderful, and while it took a little longer because of the short staff, everything went well. I can only say positive and good things about Irwin and its service center.

My experience at the Irwin Lincoln Mazda, was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, it smelled AMAZING! Then I met Michael V and he was an excellent, knowledgeable, super efficient salesman. No fuss no mess. Charley the Financial manager was very welcoming, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and precise. Charley made the usually dreadful financial process an easy quick transaction.

I’m super impressed by the professionalism and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this dealership and I’m looking forward to purchasing my future vehicles at Irwin. In addition I will also highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Entering the front door you are treated with the upmost respect by each and every person that works there. Very Friendly..easy...no stress.... highly recommend IRWIN and will continue to use them going forward with service and new vehicles. I had a tire issue on my wife's MKX with only 6000 miles on it. Don took the information, service found the problem, a road hazard issue requiring a new tire, however no replacement was in stock. The service manager advised he try to get one by 4pm if not the next day. I agreed, got a call at 3pm, by 4pm my MKX had a new tire, was washed and waiting for me at the door.
Irwin Service and Sales continues to rate high in my book. I have been dealing with then since we relocated to this area in 2010 always completely satisfied.

I am saddened at the fact that the Continental is going to be no more again because of lack of sales. I am although happy that I own one and had it built to my specs from the factory. I love my Black Label Conti.

I was there recently for a 'recall' on the steering column. Since I was a bit early for my next oil change, I made a request to have the oil changed. The service department person, Dave, agreed to the oil change. The service department was very accommodating. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and I got a car wash to boot. Excellent service!
