Update: This is the part i don't normally get to see. I met this particular customer through an ad i posted on facebook marketplace. Anyone who has ever bought/sold that way knows it can be a challenge. You don't always get whats advertised. After several discussions, 2 diamond viewings, 2 meetings with the jeweler we got John set up with the diamond of his choosing and then built his ring of choice around that diamond. This gentleman put his trust in me and king of diamonds and i'm glad to say it looks like it all worked out!
