PMCR Corp

This month we started two bathrooms at the same time. We found water damage and mold. We are mostly done with repairs and old Pb water line replacement. Next is tile work.

This week PMCR finished up a bathroom remodel and two backsplash projects. Both complete the respective homes and add value along with pleasure from having a nice space to live in. Big thanks to Mike for his help with both projects.

Moving along. I decided to remove the old wood trim around the window and finish it out in tile. Will complete tiling and finish up grout next week.

This week we started our next bathroom remodel. Our clients decided to do the demo. We found wood rot and drain interference so the subfloor and joists were repaired and modified to work the new layout. Stay tuned for phase three, Tile setting!

It's been a busy week of custom work: repairing loose shower tiles. Installing a hose reel, making a mini ramp for a harp dolly, fencing off gophers, installing a shower door and full accessories, leveling a deck and repairing bird houses, removing and sealing a leaky slider. Installing new countertops and sink, sealing a foundation Crack, and finally switching out a dual sink for a single bowl. I'm beat!
