Two messages I can firmly stand behind….

This works for me in recovery - finances - physical fitness - personal growth and relationships. I use it constantly.

Life doesn’t change overnight. Strength isn’t built on day one. And success isn’t always a trophy, pat on the back or some grand recognition.

Celebrate the small wins and focus on finding them more often, they’ll become more obvious more easily…..

There’s a ton tha can be said for ruthless consistency as it relates to goal achievement.

I’ve said for a long time that explanations are not excuses. This rings pretty loudly…..

This. Life’s hard enough without choosing to make it more difficult.

One more evolution and then I think I’ll have found my place….

Pursuit of something better is a real thing.

Every day is another step towards where I need to be, which isn't where I'm at yet.

Which is why I keep working on where I'm headed and not where I am.

Frustration and expectations can be a real factor in jeopardizing my peace and who I want to be.

Lettimg go of both seems to be the only way to really quiet the inner thoughts.

Because the urges never really goes away.

Sometimes they’re just quieter…..

There’s more work to be done and no time like the present to get started on it….

The future isn’t on hold and tomorrow isn’t going to wait until you’re ready….
