The Town of Youngsville is excited to partner with Smiling While Sending Home and Hope in Every Beat to bring you Dance Has No Limits! A dance class for individuals with all abilities, ages 5 and up.

🌞 Less than 2 weeks to register your kids for our first summer camp session! This summer camp series is designed to give children a space to learn, grow, and build confidence in a way that feels natural, engaging, and supportive.

Through play-based activities, movement, and guided social experiences, children have the opportunity to strengthen skills like communication, regulation, and independence, all while having fun and connecting with peers.

Sessions:

📚Camp Read-A-Lot (June 29th - July 2nd)

🩴Camp Coral Cove (July 27th - July 30th)

Program Details:

- Ages: Rising Kindergarten through 3rd grade
- Tuition: $250 per child
- Location: 123 Capcom Ave. Ste 3, Wake Forest, NC
- Time: 9:30am-1:00pm daily

Each session is thoughtfully designed by our highly qualified therapy team, certified in specialized approaches like Orton-Gillingham, Handwriting Without Tears, speech and language, and occupational therapy, to meet kids where they are and support growth beyond the school year.

Joey McCrea Wiggins Park Sprayground opens for season Saturday

WAKE FOREST, NC – Joey McCrea Wiggins Park Sprayground (formerly Taylor Street Park Sprayground), 416 N. Taylor St., will open for the 2026 season on Saturday, June 13, at 10 a.m. Free and open to the public, the sprayground will operate according to the following schedule through Sunday, Aug. 23:

• Sunday, 1-8 p.m.
• Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.

Joey McCrea Wiggins Park Sprayground is a dynamic, zero-depth aquatic play area designed to provide endless hours of fun for the entire family. The sprayground combines the sensations of different water movements - flowing, misting, and jetting - with several diverse features for an unequaled aquatic play adventure.

Recent upgrades at the sprayground include a new slip-resistant rubber surface that provides a safe cushion for users, a new shade structure with artificial turfgrass, along with new helico-butterflies and a cascade loop. With each flutter, the butterflies release a gentle mist of water below, while the cascade loop encourages collaborative play by allowing many children to enjoy a variety of game opportunities at the same time thanks to a combination of various water effects.
