Primary Job Function: Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules. Dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are received. Maintain customer database with current information.

Daily Duties: Dispatch Service Technicians keeping their schedules full. Assist with answering incoming calls. Schedule, create call slips, and coordinate all incoming service calls. Contact customers with schedule date for installation of received parts. Close call slips when received back from technicians.

Requirements: Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in customer service and/or call center.

Yesterday we received a call from a "distressed" customer. She indicated that after recently moving into her new home, her cat (Annie, I believe) went missing. Fearing the worst, she asked that we come out and inspect her ducts, just in case. Our resident duct cleaning expert, Eric Bates, was a little apprehensive to say the least! After a short time, Eric was able to locate the long lost feline with the help of our video inspection equipment. He accessed the duct system, rescued the cat and is currently putting a plan together to prevent future kitty exploration adventures! A big thanks to our customer for trusting FoxFire Heating & Cooling with the task and to our ALLSTAR technician Eric!

We will be closed tomorrow, December 24, and Friday, December 25 to spend the holiday with our families.
