Hey Fort Wayne friends! Do you know someone who would be a good fit for this position? Model Group is a great company to work for and The Landing is pretty damn cool.

We are seeking a full-time skilled Maintenance Technician to provide building and apartment maintenance for our property at The Landing.

Preferred Qualifications
• 3 years experience in apartment and building maintenance
• Basic knowledge of general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry,
painting, drywall, and light HVAC
• Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Enthusiasm and desire to join a management team dedicated to transforming
communities and providing excellent customer service.

Hard to believe the Boogie Down Bazaar was just a week ago! We'd like to take a moment to acknowledge the volunteers who helped make the event possible. They showed up (not all volunteers do!), they created a safe and enjoyable space for all the festivities, and they helped return The Landing to its previous (we hope better) condition, than when we started. Get yourself a taste of what this super group will be bringing to the market on Sept. 25th by visiting their pages (linked below). ✅ Event Setup (9AM-12PM)

✅ All-Around Great Person and Super Star Helper - cover booths when vendors need a break, work gates, answer questions at the info booth, lend a helpful hand when asked (2-3 hour shift, 12PM-6PM)

✅ Drink Tent (2-3 hour shift, 12PM-6PM, must have *valid permit* to serve alcohol)

✅ Event Teardown (6PM-8PM)

Our pals Fort Wayne Vanners will be on the block showing off their super cool vintage and custom Boogie Vans AND we have assembled a very special selection of dad beers, wine, and seltzers for your day-drinking pleasure. All of this funness will be had on the beautiful and historic The Landing, a treat in and of itself.
