The maintenance department needed a coolant nozzle adapter. They used a high-speed steel Form A Groove® insert and our late 1940’s South Bend lathe.

If this tool could talk: This tool has run so many parts. It was used for its intended purpose, but then the end is turned down to put it in a mill collet to broach traces into a circuit board for green wire to fix paths that were misprints. So, we removed the gold and broached places to run the green wire fix.
