Below are a few notes on what to bring to class and some resources for downloading embroidery designs.

Things to bring to Class:
- Computer
- USB Stick to use in your Embroidery Machine, I recommend 8 or
16 GB, you can purchase at Walmart or Best Buy
- External Hard Drive, if you wish for organizing and storing files
- Embroidery Disk you already own, any will work to teach you to
transfer your embroidery disk to USB stick.
- Look at embroidery designs for learning download embroidery
files, here are some popular websites. You can purchase during
class, so I can help or before class if you’re comfortable.

I know you are all anxious to get started in the classroom and so are we! There's a lot to cover here, so keep reading :) Here is a sneek peak at what we have starting in April. We are working on getting all of the details on our website for registration and we're still adding to the calendar. Go to www.sewtown.com and click on Central Sewing Center - Classes & Events and you will find our calendar with more details as we get them posted and check back often because we are likely to keep adding to it.

Our Open House on April 1st & 2nd will be during business hours on both days. We will welcome special Guest Educator from Brother to do a deep dive into the features of the Luminaire & ScanNCut (on Friday) and the PR1055X (on Saturday). We will be drawing for a FREE sewing machine to one of our lucky visitors from the open house weekend (you do not have to attend the educator event to be entered, just come see us on Friday or Saturday before 3PM). We'll also be offering great product prices and sharing some yummy treats.

Coming in May we will continue our Quilt Block of the Month, add an Adult Begginer's Garment Sewing Class, Embrilliance Software Class and Sewing with Grace Club.

In June and July we will have a 2 Day Kid's Camp (come to one or both) and a Husqvarna Viking Educator join the classroom.
