Check out the floor plans for North Arkansas College’s New Pioneer Villas. These dorm rooms are currently in construction and are set to house the first class of students for the Fall ‘22 semester and will house 65 students. We are happy to be working with Butch May Contracting, Inc. on this project and we can’t wait to see the final product!

Progress can be seen on the Pioneer Villas at North Arkansas College! The student housing project is expected to be completed in time for its first residents to move in before the start of the Fall 2022 semester. Happy ! The County Line High School Gymnasium Renovation consisted of the demolition of 4,700 s.f. and the renovation of 10,400 s.f. This project was completed in 2021 by Circle M Construction Management, Inc.!

First project spotlight of 2022 is Citi Trends Distribution Center in Roland, OK! Approximately 135,000 s.f. steel framed, pre-engineered metal building with steel bar joist system, metal building wall R-panels and a 3” standing seam metal roof. The addition was added to the east side of the existing Distribution Center in Roland, OK. This warehouse is used for different purposes including storage and distribution of various retail merchandise to stores all over the United States. The merchandise is moved within the warehouse via forklifts and an automated conveyor system.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Southside High School in Fort Smith, AR. This project consists of two major additions, Administration/ Freshman Wing, and remodeling of the existing gymnasium into a dining space, administration, and library spaces into a rich and inviting media arts center/coffee shop. The Administration addition is the new main entry of the school and therefore the face of Southside. The Freshmen Wing is on the west side of the school and is the secondary entry to the school. It will join the two existing classroom wings creating a full circulation loop. This project was completed in September of 2021. We are honored to be a part of this project along with Mickle-Wagner-Colman, HSA Engineering Consulting Services, Sarah Howe Interior Design, Turnkey Constriction Management, and Baldwin and Shell Construction.

Rett attended a Partners in Education lunch yesterday with 6 students from Ramsey Middle School! These students were nominated by their teachers for good behavior, good attendance and good grades. We love being a part of a community that celebrates these accomplishments of students!

Happy !! The ABB Executive Suite was completed in 2019 in Fort Smith, AR!

Rett and Gracie went up to Harrison yesterday and visited the Wood Powersports construction site! This project is set to be finished by Spring of 2022! We are eager to see this project come to life!

Thank you to J & J Flooring for hosting an office cookout this afternoon! We had a blast!

Happy 50th Anniversary (belated) to Tim and Ronnie Risley!

“Ronnie Ann Pugh and Tim A. Risley were married in the Northvale Baptist Church in Harrison on August 21st, 1971. The couple honeymooned in St. Louis and relocated there as Tim pursued graduate degrees in Architecture and Business. Their son Alan was born in 1977 and they moved to Fort Smith, AR in 1978, where Tim opened his own architectural practice. Ronnie acquired her real estate license and was a top selling agent until she turned full-time grandmother in 2005. Tim is semi-retired, and the couple has homes in both Cotter and Fort Smith. Who would have ever thought… 50 years… and she is still as cute as a “bugs ear”.”

Take a look at this new project at ABB Motors! This 11,000 s.f. renovation to the Accounting department is going to be a wonderful addition to the Fort Smith location! We are proud to be apart of this project and look forward to seeing and sharing the progress!

Happy Friday, everyone! Today we are featuring one of our current projects, Wood Powersports in Harrison, AR. The 100,000 + s.f. building known to some as the Levi Plant and most recently used by Flexsteel Furniture, was purchased in 2020 by Wood Motor Company to house the new Honda and Polaris Dealership. We were tasked with renovating +- 38,000 s.f. of the building to house the relocation of the existing Honda Polaris dealership. It will receive a new roof, showroom space, service department, parts department, sales, office space and two new entries with an emphasis on the new storefront.

What a wonderful morning for the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new fire station for the City of Cave Springs! This is going to be an incredible project and we are so happy to be working with such a great team! Check out our last post for details on this project!
