Last week’s Pilates class was such a fun challenge! We incorporated the Pilates Circle, which added an extra layer of engagement, resistance, and control to every movement. Loved seeing how focused and in-tune these ladies were! Can’t wait to see you at the next class tomorrow! 🌿

What a fun morning we had with Irene’s Pilates class at the Junction City Farmers Market this past Saturday! ☀️💚

There was so much energy, laughter, and movement as everyone came together to strengthen their bodies and enjoy the beautiful weather. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a great class!
