Winkler Avenue traffic improvement project inches closer to completion Crews in Fort Myers are nearing completion of two new intersections on Winkler Avenue, part of a project to improve traffic flow and safety in the area.

🚧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞! 🚦

We’re excited to share progress on this project! The new intersection at Powers Court and Appaloosa Drive on Daniels Parkway is now up and running.

This is one of four new signalized intersections included in the Three Oaks Phase II Extension and Daniels Parkway improvements project. Slack Electrical’s work also includes 107 light poles and roadway signage throughout the corridor to help improve safety, traffic flow, and connectivity for the growing community.

We’re proud to see another milestone completed and look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses!

Slack Electrical is proud to be working alongside Sacyr Construction and FDOT on the I-75 at Pine Ridge Road (Exit 107) Interchange Improvements in Collier County.

In these images, our team is installing overhead sign structures, a critical component to improving traffic flow and safety throughout the interchange.

This project is part of the Moving Florida Forward Infrastructure Initiative and includes the construction of a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI)—designed to reduce congestion and minimize conflict points for drivers along Pine Ridge Road.
