Reality. Stop looking the other way stop pretending like it’s not happening in their own backyards. This is rural South Carolina.
Dumped in the rain in the storm in the elements
One died to have been rescued now they need you to share to step up to be their hero and Foster
If you’re not in a position to Adopter, you already have a pack or you have one dog and that’s all you want
If you don’t want to Foster or you can’t Foster for whatever reason that’s OK it’s not everybody’s gig
But at the very least, I couldn’t share these posts sharing these posts not only educate, but sometimes we get a person or two who steps up because I want to help those particular puppies
In the past 48 hours from six different rescues, we have been asked to help with 72 puppies and or we follow that particular shelters page and would like to help Save them. But without more foster families are hands are tied

You thank you to Cammie and Mark for loving on Danby throughout the summer. I’m being a wonderful Foster family.
We have watched Dansby grow from a very timid, very afraid shy puppy to a very confident, strong, happy healthy, bigger puppy
Today is his gotcha day and this is his new family and it looks to me like he may have hit the jackpot
Happy tales to this💛❤️🍒

OMG!!! All I could see in my backyard jungle was Phoebe and one ear sticking up
I walked outside as quietly as I possibly could, and tiptoe I kept taking pictures all the way up to her
And then she felt my presence and she barked, and she jumped, and I jumped and look at that look on her face. How dare I interrupt her morning of freedom? How dare I interrupt her when she found a bone and was chewing away?
I brought her inside with her bone and gave her her morning pill because she can’t be outside too long or she overheats and she breaks out in a rash, but I put her morning pill in her bone with peanut butter and she forgives me now
It was a moment

Here is a little blurb about Vixen. Let us know if you need anything else.
Vixen is a smart, sweet, and curious girl who is highly trainable and eager to please. She loves playing with toys and her foster siblings.
She also loves to hangout with her foster parents and be part of the fun. She likes to explore outside and is very attentive to anything that moves, so she’s learning to focus during walks.
She’s also learning some basic commands. She loves chewing on her bone, carrots, or even ice cubes to cool down.
She is crate trained and sleeps through the night without any problems, and wakes up ready to play!
If you missed Christmas in July, Vixen is the reindeer for you!
💚💛

Let’s talk
Please read it all
Our Rescue is full however we had a great weekend and adoptions continue this week. More are going home to their forever homes. This is very exciting.
we have committed to Molly and her story is heartbreaking how she was found how she was dumped how through it all she still wags her tail
We are going to save her later today and we are still looking for someone to foster her, but leaving her in the shelter is not an option. She’s been through too much already.
All the other pictures are photos from different shelters that have reached out and or that we follow that need help
We are willing to save some of these puppies if people and families and individuals step up to Foster
Don’t be afraid of fostering seriously it’s not a difficult task. It takes someone who is organized well let me rephrase that…. it helps if you are organized.
It takes a family that wants to love on a dog or an individual that wants to love on a dog. If it’s a dog who’s had all their shots then you’re talking about walking them in the neighborhood giving them exposure taking them to a brewery with you taking them wherever with you so they get exposure, which of course is based on the personality of the dog because you don’t want to overstimulate them or put them in a situation where they’re not comfortable
You become not only their hero, but you become the observer
Being a foster means you care for them
You send us photos on a continual basis at least once a week some of my current Foster send them to me every other day, which is amazing and awesome and it gets the exposure and is how the six dogs this week got adopted they had great photos. they had great exposure.
They had great recaps people saw them fell in love and Adopted them.
The photos posted people ask can I adopt them today?Noooooo
We get that question all the time and the answer is a resounding no if we get them from the shelters then they’ve had their first round of shots and they’ve had vet care … a vet examined them
If we get them from parking lot or backyard breeders or they are being sold at Walmart or whatever they haven’t had any vet care and they haven’t had shots. They’re not going anywhere for at least six weeks.
Which is where you come in Foster them love them take care of them at our expense. We pay for everything we provide all the supplies you could possibly need.
And here’s the absolute truth if you are a great Foster 2 them and you fall in love and 98% of the time we will adopt that puppy to you…. 2% of the time and I’m not kidding you 2% of the time people just go bat ass crazy for some reason and then we don’t adopt to them and there’s no other way to put it. I’ve been doing this almost 16 years I’ve lived the bat ass crazy stage with people as recently as this past weekend.
Don’t even get me started.
Fostering will pull your heart strings. There’s no two ways about it. Go into it with a mentality of we are temporarily the bridge while the Rescue and I work to find this dog, a forever home or this puppy.
Suffice it to say we need Fosters
Suffice it to say all these puppies need to go somewhere other than the Shelter
We do not support a Foster 2 adopt program. It gets messy. We have a Foster program and we have an adoption program.
As far as Foster’s right now, we need a minimum of three weeks and or if you can Foster till that probably gets Adopted, which we have a lot of long-term fosters at destination home they are truly heroes then
we ask you to submit the application and follow up with your home video and follow up with your current dogs records. If you have current dogs…vet records are simply the vaccines. I don’t need every record for the past 15 years. I need vaccines we need proof of spay neuter …it’s simple guys.
Fostering is simple too and truly truly truly makes a huge difference
Right now we’re giving a freedom ride to Molly this afternoon. If anyone steps up for the others, we will get Transport and we will go save others.
The other question people asked when we put these post up…where are the pups?
the pups are sitting in shelters throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
The pups are normally rescue only that’s why we put these post out there.
When we save them, they come back to Fort Mill Charlotte area and that’s where we need Fosters. If you are beyond 45 minutes from the Fort Mill, Charlotte area then fostering with us is probably not going to work based off the vet care that will be needed.
We adopt throughout the Carolinas, but not out of state (NC/SC)
OK, that was a lot of information. Please digest it.
Please submit the application if you think you could Foster if you think this is of interest to you.
