Courtney Hickman – President/Owner

United States Army veteran who is a highly disciplined professional with over 10 years of experience in personnel management and training. Greatly regarded for providing the highest quality of leadership and professionalism while delivering results, therefore, being awarded multiple leadership awards throughout his career. Very committed to achieving the highest company standards and goals with integrity and dedication. Considered by peers and mentors to possess exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with proficiency in public speaking and presentations. He is currently pursuing his Bachelors in Psychology with an emphasis on Life Coaching. Courtney is happily married to his wife of 12 years and has two daughters ages 3 and 9. Joshua Apel – Chief Operations Officer/Owner

United States Army Veteran who enlisted at the age of 22 and served 16 years as an Infantryman. Throughout his career, he has held many leadership positions including that of Team Leader, Stryker Vehicle Commander, Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, Battalion Sniper Section Leader, Drill Sergeant, Battle Staff NCOIC and Interim Operations Sergeant Major. He has carried his leadership experience into the professional world as a Business Owner and Volunteer for various Veteran Organizations. He is pursuing is Bachelors of Arts in History. He is happily married and has a 5-year-old daughter.
