BRINGING BACK WORKOUT WITH WHITNEY WEDNESDAYS!!
I’ve taken longer of a break than I should have but my EXCUSES are out the windows! I brought out a kettlebell and came up with this quick, easy, and effective (4) exercise workout
Today we did a warm up:
- jumping jacks
- butt kicks
- knee to elbow
- out/in gate openers
Workout (15 lb kettlebell):
- goblet squats
- upright rows
- deadlifts
- lateral swings
Excited to come up with more content:)
