Every once in awhile I have to drive into the Muskogee to the big Box Store and get a specialty item.
Today I waited 18 minutes in line. There are 13 checkout stands in that store. One is open down in the commercial area, and two are open in various places. There were people standing in line 20 ft long.
During that time several employees walked by but no one bothered to get another cashier. When I asked they said they didn't schedule enough cashiers today.
I told her in the nicest way I knew how, that's okay.
Sad, Big box store is not interested in customer service they're interested in their own Corporation.

Fort Gibson Schools will be hosting the first informational meeting regarding the upcoming 2023 school bond in the high school auditorium Thursday night, December 8th at 6PM. Additional meetings have been set for January 10 and February 9, 2023. All are welcome to attend.

The Cherokee National History Museum in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, presents “The First Cherokee Christmas,” now on display! This exhibit features the origins of Christmas celebrations by Cherokees as first shared with us from the Moravians in 1805.
On December 3, 10 and 17 — visitors can also make their own ornament and take home a bit of Cherokee Christmas. View “The First Cherokee Christmas” exhibit now through December 31. Museum operating hours are 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
